Activation
Activate your Digi offer in one of the following ways:

Dial *146#: access the menu Offers for you, choose your preferred option and activate it by selecting Activate |

Online from Mio Conto Digi: access the menu Offerte, choose your preferred option and activate it |

In all Digi stores across Italy: find your nearest and ask for the activation of your preferred option |

Deactivation
Deactivate your Digi offer in one of the following ways:

You can deactivate an offer whenever you want, however, it will be deactivated permanently only after its expiration date. If you don’t have enough credit at the moment of the renewal, it will be deactivated automatically.

Internet included in Illimitato 10 rolls over ! If you have unused data at the end of the month we’ll automatically roll over it as long as you renew your offer.

The minutes included in the offer are not available for special pricing numbers.
The offer is valid one month from the activation date and it gets renewed automatically if phone balance is sufficient. If your balance is not sufficient, the offer will not be renewed automatically; in this case you will be charged according to our standard rates. To reactivate the offer again, you must top up and then activate the offer you prefer manually.
You can switch from one offer to another one according to the personal needs.
The offer is compatible with: Illimitato Mini, Illimitato 10, Combo 10, Combo 5, Naviga extra, Call Home, Naviga Europa.
The use of the unlimited voice and data service is provided for personal use only and is subject to the parameters of correct use of the SIM card and service provided in Condizioni generali di contratto (General Terms and Conditions)
